18 mm thick compact laminate options available for Dividers panels along with the option of dual design look mounted over Smart Compact foot, providing a robust structure fixed with Premium Quality Wall Fixing extrusions with snap fit screw Covers.
700mm wide doors are made from 18 mm thick compact laminate, fixed with door stiffener Profiles on both sides for door alignment and serve as bump stopper at the same time locking the door.
Mid and End Panels provide stability to the whole structure and are made of 18mm thick compact laminate, hence providing a thick durable structure.
L shaped Extrusion Top rail in Aluminium with left and right-side-end cap made of Aluminium alloy grade 6063-T6 in Natural Satin Finish. Available Dimension is 125mmX71mm.
Divider Top rail (Box Profile with reversible 18mm and 12mm Slot) to achieve completely flushed cubicles to Ceiling and give a “ no-gap”. It’s made of Aluminium alloy grade 6063-T6 in Anodized satin finish. Available Sectional Dimension is 33mmX30mm.
Door Stiffener with inbuilt handle and Rubber bump stop and a keep for slide bolt is a Extrusion made of Aluminium alloy grade 6063-T6 in Anodized Natural finish. Available sectional Dimension is 54mm X30mm.Provided with black Rubber profile fitted inside as a bump stop function.
Divider-Wall Junction and Divider-Mid Panel Junction (U Profile) and Corner Junctions (F Profile) with snap fit screws covers are made from Aluminium alloy grade 6063-T6. Color and surface finish provided in Anodized Natural color . Available Sectional Dimension 35mm x 27 mm and 60mmX27mm respectively.
Divider Mid Extrusions (I Profile) for dividing larger dividers into two parts for bigger height cubicles are made of Aluminium alloy grade 6063-T6 in Anodized Natural finish. Available Sectional Dimension is 15mmX5mm.
Divider Mounted foot with internal components in Stainless Steel, size 48mm x 78mm in Natural color anodized Zinc die-casted covers with Black nylon moulding base in fine spark texture. Provided with additional fittings of T and L Black Powder coated steel brackets as a Mid Panel support to the structure. Achievable ground clearance is (45-60mm).
